Cutting Services:

• Laser Cutting – A technology that uses a laser to cut.  A laser beam directed at the material melts, burns, vaporizes away the unneeded material, leaving a smooth edge or surface.
• Plasma Cutting – A process used to cut steel and other metals with an iodonized plasma gas stream.
• EDM Cutting – Sometimes referred to as spark machining, spark eroding, burning, die sinking, wire burning, or wire erosion. This process removes material from a piece of metal through rapid electrical discharges between 2 electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and exposed to electrical current.
• Flame Cutting – A process where ferrous metals are cut by an oxy-fuel torch by oxidation from a stream of oxygen.
